This session will demystify the Ph.D. journey, including how students enter doctoral programs, what business research looks like, how being fully funded works, and how a Ph.D. can lead to a rewarding faculty career. No master’s degree, business background, or prior publications required—just curiosity, motivation, and a desire to shape the future of knowledge.
