The School of Public Policy (SPP) is located in downtown Hartford, CT at UConn's Hartford campus on the 4th Floor of the Hartford Times Building in Room 431. The entrance to the Hartford Times Building (HTB) is on Front Street across from the UConn Bookstore/Starbucks.
